"The staff at the Vecera agency is outstanding. The entire team has assisted us at different times. Doug Mortka has been especially helpful. After being a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years, I recently experienced my very first car accident and had no idea what to expect. Doug from Monica’s office went absolutely above and beyond to guide me through every single step of the process. He not only explained how to contact the other party’s insurance company but also stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and a half while I navigated the entire claims conversation. His patience, professionalism, and support made such a stressful situation so much easier to handle. It’s experiences like this that remind me why I’ve stayed with State Farm all these years.
